Our First Choice candidate possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of motivating and supporting sales professionals to meet or exceed goals, and a passion for creating extraordinary client experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of luxury retail experience, high-end jewelry experience is a plus
- Passion to deliver superb customer service
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented and sales driven
- Flexibility to work traditional retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
