Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic, community-driven professional to step into the role of City Ambassador. As the local, on-the-ground presence for our organization, you will be in charge of cultivating a thriving tennis culture in your area and expanding our league. More than just a spokesperson, you will act as the driving force of your local tennis scene. Your mission is to connect our digital network with local physical courts, guaranteeing that regional players are well-informed, engaged, and eager to participate.
Core Duties
- Community Marketing: Advocate for Rival Tennis Ladder across regional courts, private athletic clubs, and community centers. This includes distributing business cards and ensuring fresh, high-quality flyers are prominently displayed while removing outdated ones.
- Strategic Networking: Travel to regional sports facilities, placing a strong emphasis on connecting with local racket stringers. You will distribute promotional gear and introduce them to Rival Tennis Ladder management to forge lasting partnerships.
- Player Interactions: Confidently engage with prospective players directly at the courts. Deliver concise, compelling overviews of our platform to drive new player registrations.
- Event Management: Organize and facilitate community gatherings, including season launch parties, casual networking mixers, and championship tournaments at the end of the season.
- Platform Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Rival Tennis Ladder. You must be able to confidently explain the mechanics of rankings, match challenges, and the Final Tournament to any inquiring player.
- Insight Collection: Gather user feedback from league participants and report these insights back to headquarters to guide continuous platform enhancements.
- Administrative Tasks: Diligently record your working hours and track referral data via our proprietary internal software.

- Time Commitment: You have the flexibility to commit up to 20 hours weekly to this role, understanding that hours may fluctuate based on seasonal demands and specific initiatives.
Pay & Perks
- Base Compensation: Approximately $17.00 per hour for all pre-authorized event management and administrative work.
- Performance Bonuses: Earn a $10 direct cash commission for each new player who registers using your unique referral code.
- Profit Sharing: Enjoy a 20% revenue share from all registrations within your designated city for a three-year period (applies to monetized cities; further details provided during the interview process).
