Status: Salary, Full Time, 4 Day Work Week, Position is Exempt
Salary: $75,000 – $125,000, Commensurate with Experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, In-Office Monday through Thursday, 9am–5pm

Position Overview:
Leadline Performance Marketing partners with mid-market and enterprise organizations to transform marketing investment into measurable revenue outcomes. We architect performance systems that extend beyond campaign execution and directly tie every marketing activity to the business results that matter most, and we hold ourselves accountable to delivering them. At the core of our differentiation is a proprietary, in-house AI platform that creates a sustained competitive advantage for our clients. By integrating human expertise with first-party data, advanced analytics, and actionable intelligence, we activate brand, creative, digital experience, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) as true drivers of performance.
As Director of Marketing, you will own and lead Leadline’s brand strategy, demand generation engine, and strategic partnership ecosystem. This is a highly visible, enterprise-critical role reporting directly to senior leadership, with full accountability for pipeline creation and market positioning. You will operate as both a strategic architect and a hands-on operator, defining the go-to-market vision while ensuring disciplined execution across all channels. This role requires a leader who can translate business objectives into scalable marketing strategies and then mobilize resources to deliver measurable results.
The Director of Marketing will lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, with the mandate and support to expand its capabilities as the organization grows. Oversee content strategy across owned channels including website, thought leadership, social platforms, emails, and events
