Reports to: President/Owner
Location: Davie, FL office; biweekly local site visits
Hours: ~45 hrs/week; occasional after hours work may be required
Role Summary
Owns execution of Joe Cole Plumbing’s key commercial and residential plumbing projects — serving as PM directly on priority projects while overseeing other PMs on the rest. Accountable for project profitability, customer communication, and keeping the field set up to execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact between customers and the JCP team
- Own project kickoff and project checklists on every project
- Oversee other PMs; review their work and escalate as needed
- Maintain project budgets in ServiceTitan and deliver profitability reporting
- Prepare monthly pay apps; ensure change orders are approved and billed
- Prepare change orders and RFIs
- Coordinate with Estimating on major plan revisions
- Communicate approved changes and plan revisions to the field
- Coordinate daily scheduling with customers, employees, and subs
- Maintain organized job files in the shared drive
- Conduct biweekly site visits
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience required
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- ServiceTitan experience nice to have
- Valid FL driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
