Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon management software, ensuring efficient calendar organization
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of client information, treatment history, and payment transactions
- Process payments and issue receipts promptly while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support daily operations
Skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse clientele. Knowing Vietnamese is a plus.
- Strong office management skills and general computer literacy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and support
- Experience handling front desk responsibilities, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Personal assistant or office experience that demonstrates reliability and multitasking capabilities
