Overview
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented professionals to join our Intellectual Property (IP) team in supporting attorneys across a variety of IP matters. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment while working alongside attorneys, paralegals, and clients on sophisticated legal work. Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and practice support, helping to ensure the smooth management of matters and day-to-day operations within the IP practice.

Qualifications
- Experience in Intellectual Property (e.g., trademarks, patents, prosecution, or related work) required
- Prior experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency with legal systems and technology, including IP management and/or docketing tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60k – $90k, depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors
