Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Charter Sales Manager to lead and grow our on-demand charter sales, jet card programs, and fractional ownership offerings. This individual will play a critical role in client acquisition and retention, revenue growth, and overall expansion of our private aviation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury or aviation sales, a deep understanding of private aviation products, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience in private aviation or a related luxury sector.

Proven track record in charter sales, jet cards, or fractional aviation programs.

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

In-depth understanding of aircraft performance, charter pricing, and FAA regulations.

Ability to manage multiple high-value client accounts and close complex sales.

Self-starter with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales strategies to grow on-demand charter business.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, brokers, and corporate clients.

Promote and sell jet card memberships and fractional ownership programs.

Identify new business opportunities and lead outbound sales efforts.

Prepare and deliver customized charter quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.
