```Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of property management, and the ability to effectively communicate with potential tenants.
Duties:
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Correspond with prospects to confirm appointments, answer questions, and follow up after showings
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental rates, and fair housing regulations
Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the East Side of Milwaukee is a plus
