We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and employee support, while ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job openings on recruiting platforms.
- Screen resumes and applicants.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support hiring and onboarding activities.
Employee Administration
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- Process new hires and employee separations.
- Manage employment documentation.
- Track contracts and HR records.
Onboarding
- Coordinate new hire orientation.
- Provide operational information and required documentation.
- Support new employees during their onboarding experience.
Employee Support
- Assist employees with HR-related questions.
- Support attendance tracking.
- Escalate employee concerns when appropriate.
HR Operations
- Execute established HR processes.
- Assist with implementing company policies and procedures.
- Support basic HR reporting and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience in recruiting and employee administration.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience managing HR documentation.
- Bilingual - Functional English and Spanish
