Spare Parts Coordinator – Cincinnati, OH
DSI Dantech is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Spare Parts Coordinator to support our growing operations in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with experience in industrial environments who enjoys balancing customer service, logistics coordination, inventory management, and technical problem-solving.
As a key member of our team, you will serve as one of the primary point of contacts for customers and internal departments, helping ensure timely parts identification, quoting, order processing, and shipment coordination
What You'll Do
Provide front-line customer service and support
Process incoming parts orders and inquiries
Create accurate parts and service quotations
Help manage spare parts inventory and records
Coordinate domestic and international shipments (UPS, LTL, FTL)
Research equipment documentation to identify correct replacement parts
Maintain customer, shipping, purchasing, and inventory records
Work within multiple ERP and business systems
Handle general administrative and office support functions
Collaborate closely with service, operations, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience using ERP systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Technical aptitude and ability to interpret equipment documentation
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
Experience identifying mechanical or industrial replacement parts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Full-time position based in Cincinnati, OH
Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)
