They're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of project execution while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead multiple civil and utility construction projects from award through completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
- Oversee change order management and contract administration
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects remain safe, productive, and on schedule
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
- Review estimates and assist with preconstruction planning on future work
- Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
- Monitor project financial performance and report progress to executive leadership
- Champion quality control and safety throughout every phase of construction
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, utility, or infrastructure construction
- Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, or similar construction software
- OSHA 30 certification preferred

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
