Join our team as a Senior Examinations Services Analyst (Analyst III), where you will serve as a senior-level leader and subject matter expert within the Examination & Statewide Services Program.
Reporting directly to the Examination & Statewide Services Program Manager, this highly visible position provides an opportunity to lead department-wide initiatives that have a significant impact on workforce planning and hiring across the organization. The Analyst III independently manages the most complex, sensitive, and high-profile examination projects while serving as a trusted advisor on state examination laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and coordinate department-wide examination initiatives and strategic projects.
• Provide expert guidance and oversight for Career Executive Assignment (CEA) examination processes.
• Serve as the department’s primary liaison with control agencies and external partners on examination-related matters.
• Analyze and resolve highly complex examination issues with significant organizational impact.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve examination processes and program effectiveness.
• Provide program-level leadership, consultation, and coordination to partners throughout the department.
• Exercise substantial independent judgment and decision-making authority in support of departmental examinations.
