New Vitality Health and Wellness is seeking an experienced and motivated Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our growing practice who can work autonomously and deliver high-quality patient care,
With the opening of our new location, the ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness, a strong background in weight management and hormone replacement therapy. This role also involves administering IV hydration therapies and fostering a holistic approach to patient care. Additionally, we are looking for a personable team player who is enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of our practice through marketing and patient engagement. This is a full-time position with opportunity for growth and quarterly performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care focused on health optimization and disease prevention.
- Develop and manage personalized weight loss programs, including prescribing appropriate weight loss medications.
- Administer IV hydration therapies and educate patients on their benefits.
- Conduct health and wellness consultations to address patient goals and concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Actively participate in marketing efforts to grow the practice, including community outreach, patient education events, and social media engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support clinic operations during expansion into new locations
- Hours are Sun-Tues: 9a-5p, Wed-Thurs: 11a-7p.
Required Skills:
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner License with autonomous practice authority
- Active DEA License
- 2+ years of clinical experience in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Proficient and comfortable with IV insertion
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
- Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to holistic and patient-centered care

Pay: $105,005.95 - $126,458.78 per year
