Cell Phone Repair Technician

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Cell Phone Repair Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about technology, have great customer service skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of repair options and recommend the best solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
- Meet individual and team sales goals by recommending accessories and additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional storefront.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking merchandise, and organizing the stockroom.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards for all repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience repairing smartphones or electronics is preferred but not required (training available for the right candidate).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
