Work Setting: This position includes office and community-based services across multiple counties. A company vehicle is provided, so staff are not required to use their personal vehicle for work travel.
Broken Pieces Services LLC is seeking a LCSW/LCSWA or LCMHC/LCMHC-A motivated and compassionate Team Lead to support our Community Support Team. The ideal candidate will have strong therapeutic skills, leadership ability, and a friendly, professional personality. We are looking for someone who is flexible, open to new ideas, respectful of cultural differences, and able to work collaboratively while following agency leadership.
Qualifications:
- Must hold one of the following North Carolina licenses: LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, or LCMHC-A
- Strong clinical and therapeutic skills

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 (Performance-Based)
Bonus is paid over one year:
- $500 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,500 after 12 months of continued employment
All payments are contingent upon continued employment and satisfactory job performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy for beneficiaries served by the Community Support Team (CST).
Work Environment
This position includes a combination of office-based and community-based work. Services may be provided in client homes, community settings, and surrounding neighborhoods, while the Team Lead will also complete clinical documentation, assessments (including LOCUS and ASAM), supervision, and administrative duties in the office.
A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.
- Implement behavioral interventions such as modeling, behavior modification, and behavior rehearsal.
- Conduct clinical assessments and reassessments, including LOCUS and ASAM assessments, to determine appropriate levels of care and service needs.
- Complete functional needs assessments to determine the scope and anticipated outcomes of services.
- Conduct assessments for CST and Peer Support services as clinically indicated.
- Provide clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to CST team members regarding interventions and treatment planning.
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to CST staff and maintain individual supervision plans for all team members except the Team Lead.
- Facilitate and lead weekly CST team meetings to review cases, coordinate care, and support team development.
- Determine team caseloads based on client acuity and clinical needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the services, interventions, and activities provided by the CST team.
- Designate appropriate team members so that specialized clinical expertise is applied for each beneficiary.
