Responsibilities
- Perform professional electrolysis treatments safely, effectively, and with exceptional attention to client comfort.
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on client goals and concerns.
- Deliver advanced skincare treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, Hydrafacial treatments, and other corrective skincare services.
- Perform laser hair removal treatments and educate clients on treatment expectations and maintenance protocols.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products, memberships, packages, and treatment plans to help clients achieve optimal results.
- Educate clients on home care routines, post-treatment instructions, and long-term skin health.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control protocols.
- Collaborate with the spa team to provide a seamless and elevated client experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and advanced treatment techniques.
Qualifications
- Current Florida Electrolysis License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional electrolysis experience preferred.
- Experience performing advanced skincare treatments and corrective facial services.
- Laser hair removal experience strongly preferred.
- Strong consultation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable recommending retail products, memberships, treatment packages, and long-term treatment plans.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and results.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Esthetics or Cosmetology License preferred.
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time
- Weekend availability required
- Day and evening shifts available (Evening needed for this position)
