Duties
- Perform thorough commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by applying appropriate cleaning techniques for carpets, tiles, hardwoods, and other flooring types to keep surfaces looking their best.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests’ needs promptly and courteously.
- Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow sanitation protocols rigorously to uphold health standards and prevent contamination across all areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably during cleaning routines.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with housekeeping is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles enhances your suitability for this position.
