Primary Responsibilities
Review drawings and Specs, Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, Complete daily reports Support field operations (layout, safety, quality control, crew leader), Prepare quantity take offs, lead construction team, conduct and document meetings, prepare estimates for changes, oversee field crews
Field work about 75-80%
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Engineering degree.
Experience in concrete construction/road construction
1-3 years of experience (project Eng)
Construction experience (Road Work Related preferred)
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite. Ability to read drawings and specifications. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
Strong leadership skills.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
