TightLine Construction is looking for a motivated Project Developer / Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting with people, solving problems, and helping clients bring their construction projects to life.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—meeting them on-site, listening to their vision, developing project scopes, preparing estimates, and guiding them through the sales process until the project is ready to begin.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to discuss their projects.
- Perform site visits, take measurements, and evaluate existing conditions.
- Develop project scopes based on customer goals and budget.
- Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.
- Present pricing and explain project options clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with prospective clients and answer questions throughout the sales process.
- Build lasting relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to production.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and customer communications.
- Represent TightLine Construction professionally in every customer interaction.
- Helping clients with Material selections
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating, sales, remodeling, or general contracting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction.
- Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and develop project scopes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and estimating software.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Experience with Microsoft office.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
