This position plays a critical role in ensuring every roofing, siding, window, and bathroom project runs smoothly from the time the contract is signed until the project is completed.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential roofing, siding, replacement window, and bathroom remodeling projects.
- Schedule installations with customers and installation crews.
- Order and track materials to ensure projects are ready before installation.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the production process and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and required documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate project handoffs.
- Manage installation calendars and maximize crew efficiency.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and production issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate project files within the company CRM.
- Verify measurements, work orders, colors, and product selections before materials are ordered.
- Coordinate warranty work, service requests, and punch list items.
- Monitor project progress to ensure jobs are completed on time and within company quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries.
- Assist management with production reports and scheduling metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of production coordination, project coordination, or scheduling experience (home improvement or construction industry preferred).
- Experience with roofing, siding, windows, bathrooms, or residential remodeling is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $25.03 - $30.94 per hour
