This position follows a 2‑2‑3 schedule, meaning employees work two or three consecutive days, followed by two or three consecutive days off. Schedules alternate weekly, resulting in 3 to 4 shifts per week.
Employees will be assigned to either straight day shifts or straight night shifts (no rotation).
Limited positions are available for each shift.
Shift Times:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Post‑secondary degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred
(e.g., Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Machining).
- Two years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred;
five years of experience accepted in lieu of a post‑secondary degree.
- Working knowledge of belt and chain drives, gearboxes, line shafts, pumps, and bearings.
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with shop equipment, including drill press, band saw, hydraulic press, and hand tools.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including the ability to properly use required PPE.
- Perform preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (up to 480V)
- Complete repairs, facility upkeep, and production support
- Work with welding, fabrication, machining, and basic electrical
- Follow safety standards and use required PPE Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams
