As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, presenting available services, and helping them move forward with the right options. This Entry Level Team Member position combines customer interaction, product knowledge, customer service, and sales performance in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth
Entry Level Team Member Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to present service options and promotions as an Entry Level Team Member
- As an Entry Level Team Member , explain plans, pricing, and features clearly
- Help customers choose services that best fit their needs
- Complete sales transactions and assist with account setup as an Entry Level Team Member
- Provide customer support throughout the sales process
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records as an Entry Level Team Member
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to drive overall sales performance as an Entry Level Team Member
