Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional environments
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed
Requirements:
- Previous property maintenance or related experience required
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
- Proof of Auto Insurance (REQUIRED)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
Preferred:
- HVAC certification or experience
- Experience working in apartment or property management settings
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
