The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and customer service, with the ability to read schematics and utilize tools such as an ohmmeter. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety is paramount.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Role needs experience with painting and installing carpet + other carpentry activities.
Experience
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with customers.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting methods is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
