We are seeking a skilled Steel Stud & Drywall Carpenter to join our growing Special Services Division (SSD) in Beaver Dam, WI. This team focuses on remodels, renovations, and expansions across industries including food/dairy, healthcare, education, and light industrial. Most projects are within a 1–1.5-hour radius of Beaver Dam, with occasional overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.

Perform steel stud framing (16GA–20GA), including cold-formed steel systems.

Hang and finish drywall to Level 5 standards.

Complete daily reports, safety inspections, and required documentation.

Assist with layout, wall framing, door openings, and material interpretation.

Uphold high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and communication.
Qualifications

High school diploma.

Journeyman certification.

3–5 years of experience in steel stud framing and drywall.

Certifications: MEWP, First Aid/CPR, Rough Terrain Forklift

Strong ability to read and interpret floor plans, architectural drawings, and structural blueprints.

Ability to complete daily reports and safety inspections accurately.

Strong communication skills and willingness to train or mentor others.

Proficiency with Procore is a plus.
