Real Clean is a professional cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across the Salt Lake City area. We handle the bookings, the client communication, and the scheduling so you can focus entirely on the work.
We are not looking for someone to train. We are looking for someone who already knows what they are doing and wants a steady, reliable stream of clients to show for it.
What We Are Looking For
We maintain a high standard for every cleaning professional in our network, and that is exactly why our clients keep coming back. If you take pride in your work, pay attention to the details others miss, and show up consistently, you will fit in well here.
You are a strong candidate if you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience
- Bring 1 or 2 helpers with you -- candidates with a small team are given strong preference over solo applicants
- Work independently and hold yourself to a high standard without being told to
- Are thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented by nature
- Have your own supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Are able to service from North Salt Lake to Provo
- Are authorized to work in the United States
- Have basic English communication skills

- Move-in / move-out cleaning

Jobs are assigned based on your experience, preferred service areas, and availability. You keep your existing clients, we simply add more jobs to your calendar.

A Few Things to Know
You will operate as an independent contractor. A background check, personality test and brief interview are required before your first placement. We do not provide training. This opportunity is designed for professionals who are already excellent at what they do.
