Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and to join our growing team of caregivers. Whether you're a new LNA, looking for a full-time career, or in search of part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available across multiple schedules, shifts, and specialty areas.
Monday - Friday schedules
7:00am - 7:00pm, and 7:00pm - 7:00am Weekend Baylor (+ Baylor pay!)
Weekend Warrior (+ Weekend Warrior pay!)
Per diem/PRN (as needed)
Morning shift (7:00am - 3:00pm)
Evening shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm)
Provide support and direct care to residents in accordance with care plans
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and toileting)
Build compassionate connections and provide emotional support
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
Monitor vital signs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Active LNA license in New Hampshire
Current CPR certification preferred
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
