As the BDC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and responding to online inquiries. With your strong knowledge of automotive service and tire sales, you will schedule appointments for customers with our service department, provide accurate and detailed estimates and service orders, and coordinate with our locations to ensure the timely completion of repairs and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to online leads and requests for automotive services and tire sales
- Schedule appointments for customers with our locations and ensure that they are aware of our current promotions and specials
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates and service orders for customers, explaining costs and services in detail
- Follow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed of progress and any changes to the estimate or service order
- Coordinate with our service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and tire sales
- Meet and exceed sales goals for tire sales and other automotive services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an automotive business development center or call center environment
- Strong background in automotive service and tire sales, with a deep understanding of automotive systems and repairs
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer and software applications.
