Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Scattered Site Apartment Manager to oversee multiple residential properties spread across various locations. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and leasing of market rate and luxury units, while providing exceptional customer service to residents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of property management, legal regulations, and tenant relations. Duties
- Manage daily staff of 5-9 persons, and operations across multiple apartment sites, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests to ensure all units meet safety and quality standards
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Entrata or OneSite, including data entry, filing, and reporting
- Facilitate lease signings, renewals, and terminations while upselling available amenities or additional services to residents
- Handle conflict management with residents or vendors professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with contractors for property maintenance and facilities management to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
- Other reasonable tasks related to property managment.
Skills
- Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction and relationship management
- Legal administrative experience related to leases, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Effective negotiation skills for lease agreements and conflict resolution
- Office experience with data entry, filing systems, phone etiquette, and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of property leasing and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle tenant issues professionally
