Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Baker/Kitchen Team Member to join our team. This position starts as part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time. The ideal candidate should have bakery experience, be able to follow recipes consistently, and assist with general kitchen duties when needed. This role may also include basic line work during busy times.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items (croissants, pastries, etc.) according to our standards
- Follow recipes with accuracy and maintain product consistency
- Assist with other kitchen tasks such as prep work, assembling items, and maintaining cleanliness
- Work on the line when needed (making simple items, warming pastries, assembling food orders)
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and well-stocked
- Communicate effectively with the team and support smooth workflow during busy hours
Requirements:
- Previous bakery or kitchen experience required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Comfortable multitasking and helping wherever needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be available on weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Schedule:
- Part-time to start (possible full-time)
- Morning availability required
- Weekend availability required
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
