Bring your passion for photography to the sales floor as Nikon’s in-store expert at Best Buy! In this part-time role, you’ll connect with customers during peak shopping hours, deliver hands-on product demos, and turn interest into sales. You’ll showcase Nikon’s cutting-edge gear, guide customers to the right solutions, and create a confident, memorable buying experience. Partnering with Best Buy Blue Shirts, you’ll keep Nikon top-of-mind on the floor while driving results where it matters most—high-impact selling moments.

Part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week

Primarily scheduled during peak retail hours, including weekends

Assigned to a specific Best Buy location or small group of stores within a local market

Schedule may flex based on store traffic, promotional periods, and program needs

Pay rate range: $22-$24 (non -peak) $26-$28 (peak) per hour, commensurate with experience

Up to 20% quarterly performance bonus

Engage customers through effective selling strategies, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations

Drive sales of Nikon cameras, lenses, and accessories by understanding customer needs and matching them to the right solutions

Confidently overcome objections and close sales during peak traffic periods

Represent Nikon as the in-store expert, delivering a premium customer experience

Partner with Best Buy Blue Shirts to support sales conversations and increase brand advocacy

Maintain strong knowledge of Nikon products, promotions, and competitive positioning

Support in-store merchandising standards and ensure products are presentable and functional

Capture and report daily activity, sales insights, and competitive observations

1–3+ years of retail sales or customer-facing experience

Strong passion for photography and interest in digital imaging products

Basic knowledge of cameras, lenses, and accessories (or willingness to learn quickly)

Comfort engaging customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic, outgoing, and results-driven mindset

Reliable transportation to assigned store location

Access to a smartphone or device for reporting

Able to stand, walk, and engage customers for extended periods in a retail store environment for scheduled shifts

Able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
