As a General Production Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—supporting multiple production areas and helping ensure every product meets the highest standards.

Support daily operations across various production lines

Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining strict quality standards

Sort products to meet customer specifications, including weight accuracy

Pack, seal, palletize, and shrink wrap finished goods
-
Keep production moving efficiently without sacrificing accuracy

Assist with pre-op setup and daily production readiness
-
Report any food safety or quality concerns immediately

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Follow all safety, food safety, and security protocols

Work safely around production equipment and machinery

Show up consistently and complete full shifts

Exposure to extreme cold and hot areas
-
Fast-paced, production-driven setting

Safety-first, team-oriented culture

1+ year of production or line experience (or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of safety, quality, and production standards

Team mindset with solid time management skills

Stand and stay active for most of your shift

Lift up to 50 lbs

Maintain proper hygiene and work attire
