Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare doughs for detroit style pizza
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety management practices at all times
- Measure ingredients accurately using basic math skills to ensure consistency in every batch
- Assist with food handling and packaging processes to support overall food production goals
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a high-volume setting. Pizza experience is a plus
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes accurately while maintaining efficiency during large-scale production
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous catering or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a positive team-oriented attitude
