Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders, retail transactions, and cash handling accurately
- Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions with precision, and balance cash drawers at shift end
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards
Experience
- Previous experience in retail environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS
- Strong background in cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques to maximize revenue
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers confidently
