This is an Independent contractor agreement position and will be paid on a monthly basis as per the terms of the contract.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping and mopping.
- Handle custodial duties including trash removal, dusting surfaces, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Maintain industrial and commercial cleaning standards by utilizing specialized cleaning agents and tools for different surfaces.
- Ensure the facility is cleaned on the days expected. This position is scheduled 3 Days per week. Approx hours Monday-Wednesday-Friday 5:30-8:30.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with supplies ordering and management by keeping supplies and equipment areas tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the ability to consistently meet the clients expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Must pass background and drug testing.
Pay: $780.00 per month
