Description
Primary Responsibilities
Develops learning solutions for various areas of the company.
Continuously assesses, executes, and improves the New Manager Training Program.
Coordinates the details for leadership development sessions and New Manager Training Program.
Works seamlessly with stakeholders to ensure communication and deliverables are met.
Facilitates employee trainings.
Gathers and compiles information regarding trainings and analyzes and adjusts discrepancies.
Partners with Talent Management to support stakeholders to drive business and people strategies.
Partners with external vendors as needed.
Knowledge and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Education or related field or equivalent work experience.
3-5 Years of applicable experience.
CPLP or CPT is desired or willingness to earn. Trainer Certified for technical & leadership facilitation desired. Franklin Covey, Gallup, Korn Ferry certifications, a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design principles.
Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity and competing priorities while under time constraints/deadlines with minimal direction.
Experience developing successful instructor-led, e-learning and self-guided training courses and materials.
Experience facilitating both front line and senior leader participant groups preferred.
Interpersonal and analytical skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to guide and motivate others.
Must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner.
