Pay & Shifts
- Pay Range: $16.50 – $18.75/hour (based on shift and position)
- Shift Premiums Available
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production and extrusion machinery
- Work with raw materials used to create automotive components
- Inspect parts and perform quality checks
- Measure, scan, label, and package finished products
- Complete basic production paperwork and computer tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but training is available
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
