About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping processes organized and running smoothly.
As a Quality Administrator, you'll work closely with internal departments, customers, vendors, and other professional partners to support our quality systems and ensure documentation, communication, and follow-up tasks are completed accurately and on time. Strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to remember and manage numerous daily and weekly responsibilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly quality-related tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track multiple recurring responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, auditors, and internal team members.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute quality documentation and reports.
- Respond to emails promptly with clear, professional communication.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems.
- Monitor open action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate documentation, and assist with quality improvement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing administrative and quality-related assistance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially professional email communication.
- Ability to manage numerous ongoing tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong memory and follow-through for recurring responsibilities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with multiple departments and external business partners.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
