About the Role
We’re hiring a Service Advisor to support a well-established, high-reputation auto repair shop that has served the South Arlington community for over 40 years. This is a busy, stable shop with a loyal customer base and an experienced team.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily shop operations (front office management + customer experience)
- Drive new customer growth, sales and conversion
- Greet customers, understand concerns, and clearly recommend services
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians to manage workflow, dispatching, and productivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment
- Track key shop metrics: car count, ARO, technician hours, margins
- Manage scheduling, parts ordering, invoicing, and vendor relationships
- Support light marketing efforts (referrals, community engagement, fleet customers)
- Ensure accurate estimates, honest communication, and top-quality repair outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 1-5 years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair environment
- Detail and sales oriented
- Ability to support and be a team player in a small team
- Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a fast-paced shop
- Understanding of P&L basics, margins, labor efficiency, and shop KPIs
- Familiarity with Tekmetric a plus
- Integrity, professionalism, and pride in delivering great service

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
