Looking for someone to work late hours, minimum customer service. Main Job is cleaning the store after closing, could potentially be a fulltime position as store needs cleaning daily. Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of yogurt-based dishes, toppings, and accompaniments with precision and creativity
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, food production, and quality assurance
- Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times
- Manage menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and portion control to optimize food quality and minimize waste
- Coordinate with catering and restaurant teams to deliver exceptional yogurt offerings for events and dine-in service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen area
Experience
- Proven experience in food production within a bakery, café, or restaurant setting, preferably with yogurt or dairy products
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management skills in a culinary environment
- Familiarity with banquet service, catering operations, and fine dining standards
- Strong background in food safety protocols, inventory management, and kitchen operations
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and menu planning within the food industry
- Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on customer service excellence
- Prior work in restaurant management or shift supervision is highly desirable
