We are hiring a Group Fitness Instructor and/or Personal Trainer. We are looking for energetic, responsible, personable trainers with the ability to connect with our members.
Our F45 studio is located in Rancho Mission Viejo, in the Sendero Marketplace. We are looking for part-time trainers to lead our classes!
F45 is all about making our members feel part of our family and it is our job to make sure our members feel supported, encouraged, and motivated at every workout.
Responsibilities
- Leading high quality group training classes to clients
- Ensuring members are using correct form at all times
- Provide regressions and progressions for all exercises
- Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment
- Setting up and cleaning of studio
- Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained
- Administrative duties associated with memberships
- Welcoming members by name

Requirements
- Current CPR/AED certification is required.
- ACE, NASM, NSCF certification. (Some sort of personal training certification). There is an expectation instructors will work towards getting certified as we want our staff to be passionate about health and fitness and work towards a career in this industry
- Capable of demonstrating all exercises with perfect form
- Understanding of functional movements, HIIT, heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Morning shift- 4:30 AM, 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM
- Afternoon- 12:15 pm class
- Night shift- 5:00 PM class
- Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
