Harsax Management Company is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for west side Cleveland (near Fairview border) apartment complex. Great pay, great benefits, great company and culture! Maintenance experience preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus. Applicants must have their own basic hand tools. Duties include suite turnover and resident work orders consisting of light plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, general building maintenance, preventative maintenance, as well as grounds cleanup. Good customer service/people skills, reliability, and ability to be a team player are a must. 40-hour work week with rotating on-call responsibility. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
