We are looking for an effective and/or an experienced Pre K Counts Lead Teacher. Our new Lead Pre K Teacher must have the ability to work well with others, learn from our management team, follow policy and procedures & exhibit professionalism in a fast paced environment. Must meet the following qualifications:
Education Bachelor Degree (ECE)
Pa. ECE certification - P/K - 4 or N - 3 (Level II qualifies for higher salary)
Will train in Developmentally Appropriate Practices
Will train in lesson planning and implementing the Creative Curriculum
Will train in assessing children
Must be a committed, "True Teacher" or willing to become one
