What You'll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll work as part of a team on a variety of projects, including:
- Deep cleaning and restoration of hospital equipment
- Commercial office cleaning
- Final post-construction cleaning
- Floor care (scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, burnishing)
- Window and glass cleaning
- High and low dusting
- Restroom sanitation
- Detailed cleaning of healthcare environments
- Loading and unloading equipment and supplies
- Documenting completed work using company tablets and mobile apps
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and show up ready to work
- Positive and work well on a team
- Detail-oriented with high standards
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and being on their feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working evenings, overnights, and occasional weekends
- Willing to travel to various job sites throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project schedules
- Strong communication and professionalism
