Job Overview
Join a growing U.S. legal services platform backed by an established UK legal firm— connecting experienced US attorneys with pre-qualified clients actively seeking legal support.
This is a freelance, fee-share opportunity designed for attorneys who want to focus on practising law, not chasing leads.
The Role
- Conduct pre-booked video consultations with clients actively seeking legal advice
- Advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including:
- Wrongful termination
- Workplace discrimination and harassment
- Wage and hour disputes
- Retaliation claims
- Employment contracts and severance agreements
- Workplace policies and compliance
- Take full responsibility for matters from initial consultation through to resolution, including pre-litigation strategy and, where appropriate, litigation
- Independently manage your caseload in a fully remote environment
- Deliver clear, practical, and client-focused legal guidance
What We're Looking For
- Active NC or SC Bar License (required)
- 2+ years’ experience in Employment Law
- Confident handling consultations independently
- Strong client communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized and consistently responsive in timely communication with clients and internal teams at all times
What Makes This Role Different
- Not an intake-only role – you retain and work with your clients beyond the initial consultation
- No business development required – we handle client acquisition
- Pre-qualified consultations only – no cold leads
- Flexible schedule – you control your availability
- Fully remote – work from anywhere
- Consistent pipeline – currently 2–3 consultations per week and growing
- Full admin and CRM support – so you can focus on legal work
What We Offer
- Freelance case work with notable fee-sharing model.
- Typical monthly earnings: $1,000 – $5,000+, depending on availability and conversions
- Opportunity to scale workload and income over time
Schedule

- Evenings and weekends optional
