Position: Tasting Room Education
Rate: 16.90 Hourly + Tips
Schedule:
Friday - Saturdays | 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Sundays- Thursdays | 12:30pm - 8:00PM
Location: 1294 Coast Village Rd, Montecito, CA 93108
About the Role:
This position supports the Tasting Room Lead during high-volume evenings and is responsible for maintaining service flow, bar support, and overall guest experience standards.
Guest Experience & Sales
Host elevated wine tastings and provide engaging wine education
Drive wine sales and wine club sign-ups
Serve as primary point of contact for guest questions and concerns
Deliver polished, warm, and professional hospitality
Service & Bar Support (Hands-On Role)
Open and/or close tasting room as scheduled
Prepare wine-based cocktails and mocktails
Restock wine, glassware, and service supplies throughout shift
Wash and polish glassware
Bus and reset tables promptly
Maintain cleanliness of tasting room, bar, and restrooms
Perform end-of-night cleaning procedures
Assist with light inventory and club packing as needed
Qualifications
Must be 21+
Current RBS/TIPS Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Previous hospitality, bar, tasting room, or restaurant experience required
Comfortable handling POS systems and cash
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Weekend and holiday availability as required
Pay: $16.90 per hour
