About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Superintendent to join a well-established commercial general contractor with projects throughout the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a field leader who enjoys managing ground-up commercial construction from start to finish while traveling to active project sites.

Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site safety meetings.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Ground-up restaurant construction experience is strongly preferred.
- Convenience store or fuel station construction experience is a major plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
- Proficient at reading construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.

Experience with one or more of the following project types is highly desirable:
- Quick-service restaurants (QSR)
- Casual dining restaurants
- Retail buildings
- Convenience stores
- Fuel stations
- Small to mid-sized commercial buildings
