Qualifications:·
Prior experience as a case manager in Assisted Living, Nursing Home or other residential settings preferred.
Able to work compassionately with Seniors
Good writing skills, able to document case notes
Able to develop rapport with residents, families and those involved in the care of the resident
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree-preferred
