THERA WELLNESS™ Solutions, LLC, a Galaxy Health Technology brand, distributes and supports German-engineered biofield wellness technology used by holistic practitioners across North America. Our Bethesda office serves as our clinical and training hub. We are expanding our practitioner team and looking for experienced healthcare professionals who want to build depth in an emerging wellness modality.
The Role
As a Wellness Practitioner, you will deliver biofield therapy sessions to clients using THERA WELLNESS™ technology in our Bethesda office. You will be fully trained and certified by us at no cost — prior experience with biofield or frequency-based modalities is not required. What matters is a solid healthcare foundation, strong client rapport, and the discipline to follow protocol-driven sessions consistently.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one client sessions using THERA WELLNESS™ biofield technology, following established protocols
- Complete client intake conversations and document session notes accurately
- Build ongoing client relationships and support scheduling and session continuity
- Maintain equipment, treatment rooms, and supplies to practice standards
- Participate in ongoing training, certification updates, and team meetings
- Refer clients to licensed healthcare providers when questions fall outside our scope of practice
What You Bring
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on patient or client care experience in a healthcare or clinical wellness setting
- Current license or certification in a healthcare or wellness field — nursing (RN/LPN), physical therapy or PTA, massage therapy, occupational therapy, esthetics, acupuncture, or a comparable credential
- Strong verbal English communication and active listening in a one-on-one client setting
- Professional reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Comfort learning and operating electronic wellness equipment
Preferred:
- Experience in an integrative, holistic, chiropractic, or med spa setting
- Familiarity with complementary modalities such as acupuncture, homeopathy, reflexology, or functional nutrition
- Additional language skills useful in serving our client community
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 per hour, W-2 employee
- Performance bonus eligibility
