Wee Speak Therapy & Learning Center is a growing pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children build the skills they need to thrive—at home, at school, and in everyday life. We believe great therapy happens when clinicians feel supported, valued, and balanced.
We are currently seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, child‑focused team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment
- Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self‑care, and functional skills
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation in a timely and organized manner
- Participate in team collaboration and ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Indiana OT license (or eligibility)
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
- Pediatric experience preferred
